Minnesota,USA -The Associated Press/ Transport Topics -30 May 2008: -- Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) signed a bill that will require diesel sold in the state to contain 20% biodiesel content by 2015, reported... The state currently requires 2% biodiesel... The new legislation includes a provision lowering the 20% requirement during the coldest months of the year... Tags:
